Project enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, KAI Visuals receives the name, email address, company, project details, budget, and timeline you choose to provide. These details are stored in the studio’s private inbox and used to respond to your request.

Website operation

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Studio administrators can sign in through ChatGPT or, when configured, Google. Google sign-in shares a verified email address and account identifier with this website. An encrypted-transport, HTTP-only session cookie keeps administrators signed in for up to eight hours. Google passwords are entered only on Google’s own sign-in page and are never received or stored by this website. A short-lived browser preference controls the introductory animation. The enquiry form uses a hidden spam field and temporary, hashed request identifiers to limit automated submissions.

Embedded films

If a film is configured from YouTube, Vimeo, or another video host, playing it loads content from that provider. Its own privacy practices apply.

For a question about an enquiry you submitted, contact the studio through the contact page. Avoid including sensitive personal information in project descriptions.
